how do we reserve our date?

Your date is secure when the down payment is received and contract is signed. The down payment is $1000. ($750 for Sunday thru Thursday) Ask us about a payment plan with a signed contract if one is needed. Final payment is due 90 days before your event.

How many guests will the venue hold?

The venue will accommodate 160 guests, including the wedding party.

where can i have my wedding ceremony?

The ceremony site is at your discretion. You can have it indoors or anywhere within our outdoor grounds. 

where can i have my wedding reception?

Indoors and outdoors. The venue grounds are yours to fully utilize.

what items are included in the venue fee?

60" round tables, 4'-6'-8' rectangular tables. the 6 sided wedding arch, white wooden and resin chairs (inside only), outdoor white chairs, 4 whisky barrels, 3 pub tables with bar stools, 4 standing cocktail tables, bridal dressing room and grain bin bar. We also offer an assorted list of decor that we keep in storage. (Link to our decor inventory)

Do i pay extra for the use of the venue decor?

There is no extra fee for the use of our decor. We provide our couples with a list of items and will have them pulled from storage and placed in the venue for you to use when you decorate. We request this information in advance and are unable to pull decorations the day of the wedding. At the end of the evening, we ask that you place the borrowed decor on one of the empty tables in the venue where we can inventory them and prepare for their use at the next event. Please share with those that are helping to assist with this process for us to maintain our inventory.

do you provide venue support during our event?

We provide staff to assist with your guest parking, keeping the bathrooms clean and stocked, keep trash cans emptied and maintain a continued presence during the day and evening to keep things running smoothly. Our venue staff ensure that your vendors are supplied with the necessary information to have what they need to be successful with their part. We will work with you months in advance to learn how you envision your dreams and help to bring them to life. 

what are the hours for the venue rental?

The venue is available for you from 9am till 12 am (guests thru 11:00pm) on Friday and Saturday.

9am to 10pm (guests thru  9pm) Sunday thru Thursday.

is there air conditioning?

Yes! The Venue and the Bridal Dressing Room have air conditioning and heat.

is there a groom's place?

We do not have a Groom's place, but if desired, you can bring a self contained RV out for the guys! (No over night stays) The Bride's Dressing Room is available for the day of the event from 8am till the ceremony start time.

do you allow smoking?

There is no smoking or vaping inside the venue, near doors or open windows or in our parking lot. We do allow smoking and vaping outside in designated areas and encourage our couples to designate a specific area where we will provide a smoking receptacle.

tell me about your food and alcohol policy

Catering and food service vendors are your choice. We do request that all of your vendors be reputable businesses with their own liability insurance for your protection. We have a list of great vendors we can provide to you during our coordination meetings that previous couples have used and love. You may purchase your own alcohole and have it served by a bartender. The bartender should have bartender insurance to protect them from liability. (By state law, alcohol can not be sold to your guests) Bar service must have an end time 1/2 hour prior to reception end time. Guests are not permitted to BYOB, alcohol shots are prohibited and all alcohol must remain in the bar area and be served by the bartender. We provide a prep area for caterers, but no onsite cooking inside the venue. Food trucks are welcome!
