Yes. A $400 security deposit is required in the form of a check. The security deposit is returned or shredded after 7 business days if there is no damage, excessive cleaning or loss to the premises, and if all of the venue rules have been followed. The clients are financially responsible for damages that exceed the security deposit amount.
Yes! We are a full wedding coordinator for you. We assist from Day 1 to help you through the process of planning and implementing timelines, vendors and decorating.
We do not allow confetti due to the nature of the difficulty in cleaning. We do allow sparklers outside of the building. We do not allow Fireworks, Cold Sparks or Fog and Smoke Machines. Please notify your DJ that this is not permitted. (Cold Sparks leave a film of titanium alloy on everything within 20-30 feet, Fog and Smoke machines also leave a residue everywhere that the effect can be seen. This can also make the floor slippery)

YES. Day of Event Insurance is required for all events with no deductible. This insurance will cover most incidental damage to the venue, decor and the Host Liquor Liabilty for providing alcohol to your guests. Day of event insurance must include Gathering at the Farm as co-insured and have a waiver of subrogation.
