Yes. A $400 security deposit is required in the form of a check. The security deposit is returned or shredded after 7 business days if there is no damage, excessive cleaning or loss to the premises, and if all of the venue rules have been followed. The clients are financially responsible for damages that exceed the security deposit amount.
It is never required to have a day of wedding coordinator, but it is highly recommended. We will provide support all through the planning stages and during your event as a venue coordinator, but we are unable to split our time to do both on the actual day of your wedding. We have excellent wedding coordinators that will work strictly for you! They can provide an array of services from coordinating a start to finish or just "DAY OF" The Wedding Coordinator fee is separate from the venue fee and is available thru outside vendors or we can recommend a few that have worked with our couples in the past.
We do not allow confetti due to the nature of the difficulty in cleaning. We do allow sparklers outside of the building. We do not allow Fireworks or Cold Sparks.
We offer a reduced rate of 10% for weddings and receptions of less than 75 (occupants)
YES. Day of Event Insurance is required for all events with no deductible. Day of event insurance must include Gathering at the Farm as co-insured and have a waiver of subrogation. We recommend an online company www.theeventhelper.com but this is ultimately your choice.
